Donner was an Eastern Alliance enforcer that landed on Paradeen to capture the pilots of the Vipers. He was subsequently captured and processed to The Fleet's Prison Barge (Greetings from Earth). He later escaped with the rest of the Alliance enforcers and the three Borellian Nomen, sans Baltar, who masterminded the escape. (Baltar's Escape)
