Vickers was a Colonial Warrior assigned to Apollo's Arcta Expedition. He was injured during the shuttle crash, during which Wolfe appropriated his laser. He was rescued by the Thetas, who sheltered and treated him.
Wolfe used Vicker's weapon in an attempt to kill Apollo before Croft appropriated it via force. (Gun on Ice Planet Zero)
