Medra is a Colonial world in dispute during the Cylon War.
Characterized in part by "stinking" jungles and large, indigenous insects, Medra is home to at least some Colonial forces, including a contingent of Colonial Marines. Socrata Thrace is stationed on Medra during the war, conditions of which leading to a lifelong fear of insects thereafter (TRS: "Maelstrom").
