Ozar is the commander of the Colonial stealth battlestar Osiris in the tenth year of the Cylon War.

She is among those Colonial officers operating within the "ghost fleet" hidden in Cylon territory and accepts Ensign William Adama's offer to transport Doctor Beka Kelly to the ice planet Djerba in what is potentially a one-way mission. As part of providing cover to Adama and Kelly aboard the Raptor Wild Weasel, Ozar jumps the Osiris within DRADIS range of a Cylon basestar and engages the enemy (Blood and Chrome).
