Summary

Adama: I want you to remember that we are leaders, and as difficult as it is to carry the guilt of feeling like you have blood on your hands, it is your duty to do so. It is your duty to carry on. You're not responsible for those deaths. That's the work of the frakking Cylons. Them and them alone.
Flores: It doesn't matter. I know who killed my squad, but that's not the point. My job was to lead, to protect them from all enemies. All of them! But I didn't. The enemy came, and my soliders died. I. Failed.
