Elrad Hunt[1] is Leonis's delegate to the first Quorum of Twelve assembled after the Fall of the Twelve Colonies (Colonial Day).
Hunt's fate is after the destruction of Cloud Nine and the occupation of New Caprica is not known. It is unknown if Hunt is still serving as Leonis's representative to the Quorum or if another delegate has taken Hunt's place after the Second Exodus.
While Hunt is identified on the Quorum agenda sheet as Picon's delegate, and indeed his name is never seen or heard in "Colonial Day" itself, he is inferred to be the actual Leonis delegate based on a reference Billy Keikeya makes to Safiya Sanne as the Picon delegate.
