The Pyxis is a ship in the Fleet.
Its name is shown on the voting tally board in "Lay Down Your Burdens, Part II".
The ship is later escorted by Raptors through a very dense star cluster to the algae planet (The Passage).
Pyxis's captain is selected to be a judge at Gaius Baltar's trial [1]. Together with William Adama, he votes to hear Lee Adama's testimony (Crossroads, Part I & Part II).

Notes
- Pyxis is a minor southern constellation introduced by Nicolas Louis de Lacaille under the name Pyxis Nautica. It is perhaps supposed to represent the compass of Argo Navis.
