Lieutenant Nina Leothe is a Raptor pilot and ECO aboard Galactica during the tenth year of the First Cylon War, circa 42 BCH (58YR).

Leothe first meets Ensign William Adama aboard a troop transport en route to Galactica.

After his recovery from Djerba following the Ghost Fleet Offensive, newly-minted Viper jock Adama joins Jenna McGavin, Nina Leothe, Deke Tornvald and Tiu for a drink on the hangar deck ^{(TRS: "Blood and Chrome")}.

Leothe does not appear in the 30 November 2010 pre-production draft for Blood and Chrome, and was introduced in later revisions.
