Ricky "Two Times" Richardson is a Viper pilot in the Fleet, stationed on Galactica. He serves as a squadron leader.
The character's name is seen on the pilot's organization board as Admiral Adama changes the CAG assignment in honor of Captain Louanne "Kat" Katraine (TRS: "The Passage").

- Although his rank isn't noted in the episode, he almost certainly a captain, since both Showboat, one of the Viper pilots under his command and Karl "Helo" Agathon, who later steps up as CAG (TRS: "The Son Also Rises"), hold the rank of captain.
