Dipper is the callsign of a pilot who assigned to Galactica.

Dipper is killed sometime prior to the destruction of the ace Raider nicknamed Scar.

He is memorialized by Captain Kara Thrace during a dedication to the ship's lost Viper pilots (Scar).
