Hoshi is the communications officer onboard the battlestar Pegasus. Hoshi is stationed in Pegasus's CIC during the events of "Pegasus".
His duties aboard the Pegasus mirror those of Petty Officer Anastasia Dualla on Galactica (The Captain's Hand).
One year after the settlement of New Caprica and following the departure of the Fleet, Hoshi is still serving on Pegasus in CIC (Occupation).
