The Tauron Civil War occurred on the colony of Tauron approximately 93 years before the Fall of the Twelve Colonies. The conflict between the Ha'la'tha and the democratic Tauron government spiraled out of control, plunging the colony into war (The Caprican).[1]

According to Joseph Adama, he and his brother, Sam, emigrated to Caprica after this uprising, as their parents had died during this event.
