The Earth Protectorate are a group of citizens who coordinate sabotage to FTL drives on various ships.
The group believes that, if the Fleet finds Earth, the Cylons will find the last refuge of mankind and destroy humanity once and for all. The group swears death to everyone to ensure that Earth is never found (Comics: Battlestar Galactica #1).
