Decklan Elias is a Viper pilot stationed aboard the Battlestar Osiris ten years into the First Cylon War. He volunteers to assist Jim Kirby in escorting Dr. Beka Kelly and the Wild Weasel down to the surface of Djerba to make their rendezvous with a marine spec ops team. He is killed in an atmospheric dog fight after being pursued by three Cylon Raiders launched from an orbiting baseship (TRS: "Blood and Chrome").
