Romo Lampkin is a kleptomaniatic lawyer in the Fleet.

Prior to the Fall of the Colonies, he worked in the Public Litigation office on Caprica.

His parents were robbed and murdered when he was nine.

Joseph Adama was his mentor, who he disliked but respects.

He was previously married, his only remaining possession he had from the marriage is a cat whom he claims to dislike, but the cat does not "scratch or bite like she did".
