Nameplate on Viper Mark II (Miniseries).

Joker is the known call sign for at least two pilots on Galactica:

A restored Viper Mark II has a nameplate for a Lieutenant Pete Mickey, who was likely a Viper pilot assigned to Galactica during the first Cylon War (Miniseries).
Another Joker is visible on the pilot's roster during "Act of Contrition".
