Romo Lampkin is a lawyer in the Fleet, as well as a kleptomaniac who was an understudy of Joseph Adama, a man who he hates, yet respects.
Prior to the Fall of the Colonies, he worked in the Public Litigation office on Caprica, where he likely met and understudied under Adama.
His parents were robbed and murdered when he was nine.
He was previously married, his only remaining possession he had from the marriage is a cat whom he claims to dislike, but the cat does not "scratch or bite like she did".
