For other subjects with the same name, see: Aurora.

The Aurora is an unidentified ship[1] in the Fleet, likely named after the Colonial's Goddess of the Dawn.

Aurora survives beyond the Battle of the Ionian Nebula, as implied by Emily Kowalski, who offers Laura Roslin a scarf made by Leslie Stars[2], a resident on that ship.

Notes[edit]

  • In both Roman and Colonial mythology, Aurora was the goddess of the dawn. In Roman mythology itself, Aurora is the counterpart of the Greek Eos.
  • The name of the ship is first seen on the voting tally board in "Lay Down Your Burdens, Part II".

References[edit]

  1. The ship has yet to be identified by the audience. It is more than likely that the ship has been seen, hence the term "unidentified".
  2. The spelling of this name is not yet confirmed and is based on Kowalski's pronunciation of the name.
