Captain Tarney is the commanding officer aboard the civilian vessel Pyxis.
Tarney is one of five Fleet captains selected to be a judge at Gaius Baltar's trial.[1]. Together with William Adama, he votes to hear Lee Adama's testimony, however it is uncertain how he voted (Crossroads, Part I & Part II).
He dies with the 600 souls aboard Pyxis during the Battle of the Ionian Nebula (He That Believeth In Me).
Notes[edit]
- Tarney's name is not mentioned until "He That Believeth In Me" by Laura Roslin. The actor (who is presently unknown) does not appear in the episode.
