Connor is one of Samuel Anders's resistance fighters. He takes part in the meeting with Sharon Agathon at Breeders Canyon and later fights in the Battle of New Caprica.

He lost his family during the Cylon occupation and, back on Galactica, becomes part of a tribunal sentencing collaborators (Collaborators).

According to the IMDb, his first name is Charlie, however this has yet to be confirmed on-screen.
