During a press conference to the Fleet, Jenny asks if Commander Adama is Laura Roslin's boyfriend ^{(Comics: Battlestar Galactica #0)}.

She is reunited with her father, Marco Lesa, who is a Returner that fled from the Medivac 12 in a zip pod ^{(Comics: Battlestar Galactica #1)}. Marco later protects her from an explosion caused by an Earth Protectorate bomb.
