Ink Day is a day of particular cultural significance in the life of a Tauron child. For males, this is in the form of the Mark of Manhood (CAP: "The Dirteaters").
In 88 BCH (12YR), Joseph Adama is inked by his father, William Adama Sr., on Tauron. After their parent's death, Joseph inks his younger brother Samuel Adama in a tent (CAP: "The Dirteaters").
In 58 BCH (42YR), Emmanuelle informs Tamara-A that Tamara's father, Joseph Adama, missed his son's Ink Day to illustrate the depth of Joseph's obsession with finding her in V-world (CAP: "End of Line").
