Iblis' planet is the world where Iblis and his followers had been first exiled, following their being cast out by the Seraphs untold thousands of yahrens prior.
Cache is the name given to the habitable moon of a ringed planet by the Colonial Resistance in an alternate reality, upon which Q-Cache #7202 is located (vol2).

A black hole singularity of Iblis' creation bridges the Colonial's known universe and a separate universe where this planet resides, trapping many hapless denizens for an untold period of time. Surrounding the planet are derelict ships in a thickly-ringed graveyard, its survivors making landfall on the planet only to be hunted down by the Meclons—former Cylons who were also inexorably drawn into the singularity (vol3 — ).
A Apollo and Starbuck fly to this planet, believing it to be Q-Cache #2702. While Starbuck is captured by Baltifer's Cylons, Apollo makes it to this moon by slingshotting himself around Cache's hypergiant star, and lands upon its surface.

Sometime following Baltar's release by Adama after the Battle at Galaxy's Edge, Baltar finds himself whisked away from his exile and stranded upon this planet on the false promise of freedom (vol3) and assumes a leadership role over the shipwrecked survivors, terming them his "congregation" (vol3).
Featuring active volcanos and methane seas, and the nearby hypergiant's sensor distorting effects, Cache is a perfect hiding point for the Colonial Resistance.

Following Starbuck's Galactica, Baltifer's baseship deploys its chronal cannons devised by Zee and reverts the moon's tectonic plates to a primordial state, forcing the Resistance to evacuate (vol2 & ).

This congregation is fodder for Meclons, who attack and abduct its members for "integration" into the Meclon Empire (vol3 & ). However, the planet possesses a secret—another husk of a ship that bears the skeletons of Iblis' former pig-faced followers—in a cavern where even the Meclons do not enter, thus making it a sanctuary for the congregation (vol3).
Alternate Reality

Following a battle that destroys the Ship of Lights—the act itself tearing a hole back into the primary universe—the Seraphs rescue the congregation and transport them to the Fleet. The planet left abandoned by the Fleet and Lucifer's Cylons who have made good their escape, Iblis returns to the planet to resurrect his original followers as Meclons, swearing vengeance against Galactica and those who have shunned him (vol3).
Notes
* The planet shares many similarities with the red planet that Iblis had been discovered upon previously, including wreckage of a large ship containing his long-dead followers.
* Given Iblis' powers, it is entirely possible that Iblis' planet and the red planet previously encountered are one-and-the-same, displaced both in space and time, but that link is never definitively confirmed in folly.

Apollo and Starbuck's Temporal Vipers approach Cache, itself orbiting a ringed planet (Classic Battlestar Galactica Vol. 3 #2).

Cache is the name given to the habitable moon of a ringed planet by the Colonial Resistance in an alternate reality, upon which Q-Cache #7202 is located (Classic Battlestar Galactica Vol. 2 #2).

A temporally displaced Apollo and Starbuck fly to this planet, believing it to be Q-Cache #2702. While Starbuck is captured by Baltifer's Cylons, Apollo makes it to this moon by slingshotting himself around Cache's hypergiant star, and lands upon its surface.

Featuring active volcanos and methane seas, and the nearby hypergiant's sensor distorting effects, Cache is a perfect hiding point for the Colonial Resistance.

Following Starbuck's Galactica, Baltifer's baseship deploys its chronal cannons devised by Doctor Zee and reverts the moon's tectonic plates to a primordial state, forcing the Resistance to evacuate (Classic Battlestar Galactica Vol. 2 #4 & #5).
