Thrace is an ice moon where Colonials formerly refined tylium. Unknown to the Colonials, the facility is in operation and the Cylons make use of it for their war efforts.

After Athena is captured by Osiris' agent, Diana, she imprisoned in the abandoned complex on Thrace (^{(Comics: Battlestar Galactica: Starbuck #3)} & ^{(Comics: Battlestar Galactica: Starbuck #4)}). The facility is destroyed during Galactica's rescue operation, where they engage forces led by Lucifer (^{(Comics: Battlestar Galactica: Starbuck #4)}).
