Additional Information
Madusa
Madusa's first appearance in Classic Battlestar Galactica Vol. 2 #6.

Madusa is the primary mental health officer aboard Galactica in 7351, known for her "tough love" approach to counseling.

She finds herself the target of Starbuck's various attentions that she successfully rebukes, and later notes the increasing number of crew members aboard Galactica who experience vivid dreams of Earth (Classic Battlestar Galactica Vol. 2 #7). While such dreams are later found to be those projected by Xam (Classic Battlestar Galactica Vol. 2 #9), the various crises that follow also lead a worn-down Adama to confide in her that he wishes to step aside. Madusa assists him in finding a replacement commander, which are kept in mind following Adama's recovery and mental renewal that lead to the successful engagement of the battle known as Adama's Gambit (Classic Battlestar Galactica Vol. 2 #11).

In 7358, she calls upon Starbuck following Xam's partial recovery, sharing with him a digital touchpad that contains the coordinates of Taurella, a ship lost within the first yahren of the exodus (Battlestar Galactica: Death of Apollo #1).

Following Major Apollo's rescue from Cylon hands wherein he suffers a potentially terminal brain condition, she assists him with his psychological needs during his emotionally-charged transition from Warrior life to officer life (Battlestar Galactica: Death of Apollo #5).
