Talk Wireless is a public-access wireless network within the Fleet, broadcasting a range of "current affairs" and other programs, one of the most recent of which is "The Colonial Gang".
A program on Talk Wireless broadcast the fact that Gaius Baltar was to become the Quorum of Twelve representative for Caprica (Colonial Day). Baltar himself took a dim view to the medium, calling it an excuse for "low-brow rabble-rousing" (Colonial Day).
The Fleet News Service likely uses Talk Wireless for their broadcasts.
