"Great Mother of Artemis!" is an oath uttered by a shocked Saul Tigh when he is told of Admiral Cain's stripping of Pegasus's civilian fleet (Resurrection Ship, Part I).

Notes

  • It is likely that this oath is similar to the Catholic exclamation "Holy Mary, Mother of God!"
  • In Greek mythology, Leto is the mother of the twins Artemis and Apollo. Leto was one of [w:Zeus|Zeus]]' many affairs outside of his marriage to Hera.
