GAL 560 is Galactica's Colonial shuttle operating in or after 7348.
Lieutenant Starbuck pilots this shuttle for Commander Adama, Parrin and Grust, as Parrin shows him the Okaati fleet ((Comics: Battlestar Galactica Classic #1)).

edit- The shuttle's registry is a nod to John Jackson Miller's grandfather, who served aboard the U.S.S. LST-560 in World War II.[1]
