Star Kobol is a ship, space station or other locale where the armistice is to be signed by President Adar, which is to end the Thousand-Yahren War.

On Caprica, Serina informs her audience that the details of the conference and live recordings have not come in from the Star Kobol as planned, for reasons that subsequently became clear ^{(TOS: "Saga of a Star World")}.
