The Colony is a place where Ellen Tigh supposedly stored her resurrection research equipment (No Exit) after creating the Significant Seven.
Open Questions
- Who besides Cavil and Ellen knows about this place?
- Is Anders aware of it?
- Are the Significant Seven aware of it?
- Is "The Colony" the correct name? At least this spelling was used by writer Jane Espenson. [1]
- Where exactly is "The Colony"? In Cylon-governed space?
- May it be the Cylon name for the Cylon homeworld?
- Is it really a colony or not?[1]
- If it is really a colony, is it possibly founded or inhabited by people from Earth? Or descendants/incarnations of the Final Five? Or by copies of the Significant Seven? Or is it uninhabited?
- Or might it be the name of a ship, maybe the ship of the Final Five?
Quotes
When Cavil asked Ellen to help rebuild resurrection in No Exit, he noticed: "They destroyed the hub, but they don't even know about The Colony—all your equipment is still there."
