Galactica crew[edit]
Officers[edit]
Bespectacled CIC Operative[edit]
An unnamed bespectacled CIC operative is seen with a headset behind the FTL console during the Fall of the Twelve Colonies (TRS: "Miniseries, Night 1").
- The bespectacled CIC operative was portrayed by Kevin Blatch, who was uncredited but identified by computer-aided facial recognition. It is unclear whether this appearance and Blatch's later portrayal of a member of Roslin's security force are meant to be the same character.
FTL CIC Operative[edit]
An unnamed operative operates the right side of the the FTL console during the Fall of the Twelve Colonies (TRS: "Miniseries, Night 1").
- The bespectacled CIC operative was portrayed by Mike Cook, who was uncredited but identified by computer-aided facial recognition.
Launch Officer[edit]
During the Fall of the Twelve Colonies, this launch officer oversees the deployment of Galactica's Viper Mark IIs, including Joker's and Kara Thrace's launches (TRS: "Miniseries, Night 1").
- The launch officer was portrayed by Ron Blecker, military adviser to the Miniseries.
Situation Room[edit]
These are crew members seen manning the Situation Room during the Battle for the Tylium Asteroid (TRS: "The Hand of God").
Acting Communications Officer[edit]
This woman assumes the duties of communications officer when Admiral William Adama retakes Galactica's CIC, ending Felix Gaeta and Tom Zarek's mutiny, and connects the Admiral with President Laura Roslin (TRS: "Blood on the Scales").
Pilots[edit]
The following characters may be identical with any of the mentioned-only characters identified by call sign or name, listed in the list of pilots.
Tattooed pilot[edit]
- Main article: Tattooed pilot
A large, tattooed Viper and Raptor pilot with a shaven head. His tattoos include a tiger on his left arm and a dragon on his right arm.
- The pilot is played by Leo Li Chiang. He first appears at a briefing in "33" and is visible in most group scenes involving pilots.
Nuggets[edit]
Eight nuggets are recruited in "Act of Contrition" to fill out the ranks, including Louanne "Kat" Katraine, Brendan "Hot Dog" Costanza and Donald "Chuckles" Perry. Five of them were not named.

Marines[edit]
The following section covers Marines, organized by the season that they are introduced.
Season 1[edit]
Marine Corporal[edit]
A Marine Corporal is tasked with escorting various Galactica crew, including Commander William Adama, to Sergeant Hadrian's independent tribunal for questioning. After believing that the tribunal has gone astray, Adama orders this same Corporal to escort Hadrian to her quarters, thus ending her participation in the tribunal (TRS: "Litmus").
- This Marine is portrayed by Shaw Madson.
Marine Sergeant (Bravo Team)[edit]
This Marine leads Bravo Team during the hostage crisis aboard Astral Queen (TRS: "Bastille Day"). He later participates in the action aboard Gideon under Joe Palladino's leadership. The fallout results in his retrieval of D'Anna Biers per Laura Roslin aboard Colonial One and his subsequent thwarting of Palladino's attempt on Colonel Saul Tigh (TRS: "Resistance", "Final Cut").
- This marine, initially credited as Marine #1 in "Bastille Day," is portrayed by Curtis Lee Hicks.
Marine Lead (Constellation Team)[edit]
This Marine leads Constellation Team during the hostage crisis aboard Astral Queen (TRS: "Bastille Day").
- This Marine, credited as Marine #1, is portrayed by Graham Young.
Season 2[edit]
Marine Escort 1[edit]
An unnamed Marine is often on escort duty, assigned to either dignitaries or command personnel, or on prisoner escort duty, between Season 2 and Season 4.
The Marine is standing in the hatch way behind Saul Tigh during the Quorum of Twelve's visit of an imprisoned Laura Roslin (TRS: "Fragged").
After being present behind a "Caprica-copy" of Sharon Valerii in the "Cylon brig" during Commander William Adama's visit (TRS: "Flight of the Phoenix"), he is part of Adama's escort when Helena Cain arrives aboard (TRS: "Pegasus") and later when Adama arrive aboard Cloud 9 during a hostage situation (TRS: "Sacrifice").
The Marine is later part of the SAR team that returns to Caprica to rescue the Caprica Resistance (TRS: "Lay Down Your Burdens, Part I", "Lay Down Your Burdens, Part II").
Following the Second Exodus, the Marine is present when Adama receives the Medal of Distinction (TRS: "Hero").
Following discovery of the Algae planet, the Marine is part of the escort detail that brings Sharon "Boomer" Valerii, John Cavil, and Gaius Baltar aboard for a meeting, and is present when Boomer meets Athena in the hallway (TRS: "The Eye of Jupiter").
He is relegated to escort duty during Adama and Roslin's meeting with Xeno Fenner during the labor strike (TRS: "Dirty Hands").
The Marine later participates in the Battle of The Colony during the operation to retrieve Hera Agathon (TRS: "Daybreak, Part I", "Daybreak, Part II").
- This Marine is portrayed by Richard Jollymore, who received formal credit as Marine #1 in the series' finale, "Daybreak, Part I" and "Daybreak, Part II." His prior appearances dating back into Season 2's "Fragged" are identified through computer-aided face recognition, and are uncredited.
Marine with Boomer[edit]
Following Galen Tyrol's return from Kobol, the Marine accompanies Saul Tigh, who questions Tyrol in connection with Sharon "Boomer" Valerii's assassination attempt on William Adama. After Tyrol is cleared, the Marine escorts Valerii (on her left side) during her "perp walk" to the new Cylon brig constructed aboard ship, and is present when Cally Henderson assassinates her (TRS: "Resistance"). The Marine later handles the "Caprica-copy" when she is brought to CIC to neutralize a Cylon computer virus, holding a neck restraint by an extension pole (TRS: "Flight of the Phoenix").
He later accompanies Adama, Tigh, and Laura Roslin on their way to the hangar deck to meet Admiral Helena Cain's entourage (TRS: "Pegasus"). In the wake of the Presidential debates, he is of Gaius Baltar's escorts, bringing Baltar to a private meeting with Laura Roslin(TRS: "Lay Down Your Burdens, Part II").
- This Marine is portrayed by Clayton Dean Watmough, who was uncredited for the role but identified through computer-aided face recognition.
Season 3[edit]
Adama's Corporal[edit]
This unnamed Marine, credited as Adama's Corporal and referred to in dialogue as "Corporal", appeared in several episodes in Season 3, including "Exodus, Part I" and was credited in "Revelations".
This unnamed Marine is later present in the rec room when Felix Gaeta talks to Kara Thrace, threatening her that there will come a "reckoning". Gaeta then tells the others to close the hatch to the room, as they need to talk. The marine is later guarding Tom Zarek's cell when Gaeta comes there to conspire with Zarek, indicating that he is a member of Gaeta's conspiracy (TRS: "A Disquiet Follows My Soul").
- This marine is portrayed by Barry Nerling.
Season 4[edit]
Marine Guard[edit]
When Gaius Baltar is held in Galactica's brig, Lieutenant Felix Gaeta cannot sleep he dresses and heads for the brig. This Marine on guard stops his advance (TRS: "Taking a Break From All Your Worries"). When freedom of assembly is restricted, he is put on guard to stop members of the Cult of Baltar from entering their quarters. When Baltars refuses to leave, the marine beats him up and is only stopped by Lee Adama and a Marine lieutenant (TRS: "Escape Velocity").
- This Marine is portrayed by Steve Lawlor.
Marine Lieutenant[edit]
This Marine lieutenant escorts Lee Adama to the Cult of Baltar quarters, where Adama stops another Marine from beating Gaius Baltar and informs the people that freedom of assembly has been restored (TRS: "Escape Velocity"). He was on board of Sharon "Athena" Agathon's Raptor, sent to Hitei Kan when the ship mutinied against installation of Cylon FTL technology, and then to Colonial One to arrest Tom Zarek (TRS: "A Disquiet Follows My Soul").
- This marine is portrayed by Hector Johnson. This is the first Marine officer to appear since Lieutenant Terry Burrell.
"Mr. Officious"[edit]
This Marine is in charge of the investigation on the Sons of Ares' assault on the Cult of Baltar. Gaius Baltar lashes out at him for not doing everything he can to find the perpetrators and calls him "Mr. Officious" (TRS: "Escape Velocity").
Headshot Marine[edit]
This Marine is a member of Felix Gaeta's mutiny against Admiral Adama. He is initially seen along some civilians and Marines, raiding a Weapons locker. Along with Charlie Connor and another marine he later captures Lee Adama and is ordered by Connor to aim his gun at Lee. Then, Kara Thrace suddenly appears and shoots him in the head, killing him (TRS: "The Oath").
Clearing Marine[edit]
A Marine appears clearing the halls of armed civilians. It is unknown whether he is participating in or resisting the Mutiny (TRS: "The Oath")
Securing Marine[edit]
When Admiral Adama is rescued from the hangar deck launch tube, an unnamed Marine alongside Aaron Kelly and Sharon "Athena" Agathon is securing the disarmed Marines (TRS: "Blood on the Scales").
Marine #3[edit]
A Colonial marine, semi-officially[1] referenced as Marine #3, is seated on a jump seat behind Margaret "Racetrack" Edmondson on her and Hamish "Skulls" McCall's Raptor during the Battle of the Colony. After the FTL Jump of various Raptors in striking position of the Colony, a fellow Marine vomits upon him while McCall arms the warheads, just before a piece of stellar debris destroys the canopy and kills all aboard (TRS: "Daybreak, Part II").
- This marine is portrayed by Garrett Reisman.
