The Deltian Nebula is located at an outermost edge of the Twelve Colonies of Man.

Following the disastrous mission to Maytoria and the subsequent capture of Galactica, the rag-tag, fugitive fleet heads through this nebula on their journey towards Earth.

Starbuck notes that the nebula is the farthest that he's ever traveled from the Colonies (^{(Comics: Classic Battlestar Galactica Vol. 1 #5)}).
