Moonstone is one of the first Super Scouts to settle on Earth.

Within the first day there in the mountain land of Paradise Valley, California, he is one of the three Scouts who drink water from a nearby lake and fall ill, as the lake is the dumping ground for toxic chemicals from the Stanford Chemical Plant (The Super Scouts, Part I).
