Chuck Willis[1] is a stage hand at a local theater house in or around New York City, New York.
On 31 October 1980, in pursuit of "disguised" Cylons Andromus and Centuri, Troy and Dillon make their way to a theater where a variety show after evading a police chase. Finding white tuxedos on wardrobe racks, Troy and Dillon make their way onto the stage as part of a Good Ship Lollipop dance number, and Willis notices this happenstance.
He directs the members of law enforcement backstage, identifying the befuddled Galactican duo who, after lifting up an unidentified actress, utilize their invisibility fields to effect their escape to the astonishment of spectators (1980: "The Night the Cylons Landed, Part I").
