Tarcel is a ship in the the Fleet.
A member of Tarcel's crew notifies Galactica that they are headed directly into a cosmic storm. Colonel Tigh, possessed by a Somnian, replies that they are aware of this and orders Tarcel's captain to maintain their original course ((Comics: Prison of Souls, Part 2)).
