James R. Parkes is an actor who portrayed a mutineer in the Original Series episode, "Take the Celestra," and Walt Griffin in the Galactica 1980 episode, "Galactica Discovers Earth".
He also played the Mountain Man in the 1977 film Damnation Alley.
