Colonel Briggs is a member of the United States Air Force.

Jamie Hamilton tells Troy and Dillon that she is visited by Briggs earlier that day regarding the two Colonial Warriors. Due to his visit, Hamilton tells the Warriors not to use their Viper (The Night the Cylons Landed, Part I).

Briggs is later on a private jet to New York City, the projected point where the unidentified blip from space (the Cylons new A-B Raider) will crash land (The Night the Cylons Landed, Part I).
