Overview[edit]
- The Circle, a secret tribunal on Galactica, decides the fate of Jammer and other Colonials who aided the Cylons during the occupation of New Caprica. [1]
Summary[edit]
- James Lyman is brought before The Circle. He is found guilty of treason, the punishment for which is death.
- Gaeta is convicted after Tyrol is pressured into giving the deciding vote. In the launch tube, he reveals to the Circle that he was Tyrol's source. Tyrol frees him and eats with him at the end of the episode.
- Laura Roslin is re-inaugurated as the President of the Twelve Colonies, and issues a decree of amnesty against all supposed collaborators after it is revealed that President Tom Zarek authorized the trials and sentences conducted by the Circle.
