Salis is a city on an unnamed planetoid inhabited by Acmarans, who call it the "city of perfect peace".
Salis is the origin for the force field that results in the deaths of Viper Cadets Colin and Lomis, as well as possibly the seat of Volahd's power (The Law of Volahd, Part 1).
