Scott Miles is a guard at the Pacific Institute of Technology who, with his partner, initially captures Troy after having burned his way to the first floor of the building.
In short order, Miles and his partner are stunned by Dillon[1], only to recover some 20 minutes later, allowing him to contact Carlyle Tabakow to confirm whether or not the intruders were with her in Alfred Mortinson's office[2] (Galactica Discovers Earth)
