Captain Bannister is an officer in the United States Air Force circa 1980 CE.

Bannister reports to Colonel Jack Sydell that they've found nothing of the alleged craft that landed the night before. He does tell them of an encampment of Boy Scouts one meadow over, which Sydell investigates ^{(1980: "The Super Scouts, Part I")}.
