Biography
Xavier differs with Commander Adama on how to best bring Earth's technology up to the level of the Galacticans, and goes back in time to try to alter history and accelerate Earth's technological development.
Xavier goes back to Nazi Germany to try to introduce advanced weapons technology to the Germans. Returning to 1980, he attempts to co-opt Professor Mortenson, a nuclear physicist, to participate in his time travel plan.
It is determined that Xavier also goes back to Revolutionary America to attempt to change history in that period. This apparently also fails (Galactica Discovers Earth).
Xavier returns to the present to try to ransom Galactica's children in an attempt to take control of the Fleet. He is played by a different actor in this outing, which is explained to have happened as a kind of disguise that made him appear like Colonial pilot Lt. Nash (Spaceball).
Portrayed by Richard Lynch
Notes
