Zee's chamber[1] is an area on Galactica where Doctor Zee works.
The room itself is surrounded by various monitors, with seating for roughly 30 people, thus allowing it to doubles as an auditorium for the presentations Zee makes. It also acts as a meeting area, where he often consults with Commander Adama.
Zee himself is typically seated in a high-chair in the middle of the room, surrounded by an angelic glow.
