Baltar's Presidential Aide #1

An unnamed aide for Gaius Baltar observes the debate between him and Laura Roslin (TRS: "Lay Down Your Burdens, Part I").

An unnamed woman accompanies Baltar to his presidential debate against Laura Roslin aboard Galactica, standing to Tom Zarek's right during the proceedings (TRS: "Lay Down Your Burdens, Part I"). She later stands behind Baltar when he is sworn in as president (TRS: "Lay Down Your Burdens, Part II").

She settles on New Caprica and is one of Baltar's sexual conquests. She is present when the Cylons arrive to present themselves on Colonial One (TRS: "Lay Down Your Burdens, Part II").

This aide is portrayed by Amy Esterle, who was uncredited for this role. She was identified via computer-aided facial recognition.


Quorum of Twelve

When during Tom Zarek and Felix Gaeta's mutiny the Quorum rebuffs Zarek, she and other delegates are executed by marines on Zarek's orders (TRS: "Blood on the Scales").

She is portrayed by Veena Sood and credited as "Quorum Delegate". Her representing three different colonies on different occasions remains unexplained.

The colonies of origin of the following delegates are not known. They appear in "The Ties That Bind" and "Escape Velocity" and "A Disquiet Follows My Soul". All of them also appear in "Guess What's Coming to Dinner?" and "Sine Qua Non" except for Unintroduced Delegate #3, who is temporarily replaced by Unintroduced Delegate #5, as well as in "The Oath", except for Unintroduced Delegate #4, who is replaced by Unintroduced Delegate #6. This priestess conducts the service at Cally Tyrol's funeral. Later, her service is interrupted by an intrusion of Gaius Baltar and his cult (TRS: "Escape Velocity"). Later, she swears in Lee Adama as the interim president of the Twelve Colonies (TRS: "Sine Qua Non").

This priestess is portrayed by Laara Sadiq.

Environmental Specialist

After Lee Adama fools a carbon dioxide sensor alarm in the Starlight Lounge during Sesha Abinell's hostage situation, an environmental specialist is called to repair it. Kara Thrace decides to use the opportunity by taking the cap and coveralls from this specialist, as part of an attempt to subdue the terrorists (TRS: "Sacrifice").

The unidentified specialist is portrayed by James Upton.


Scorpia spectator

An unnamed Scorpia spectator is present when Sagittaron representative Tom Zarek arrives for the inaugural meeting of the Quorum of Twelve aboard Cloud 9. After yelling at Zarek, Leon Grimes engages him in Zarek's defense, before Lee "Apollo" Adama breaks the squabble (TRS: "Colonial Day").

The Scopria spectator, credited as Spectator #1, is portrayed by actor James Ashcroft in his first appearance in the Re-imagined Series. It is unknown if the security officer who he later portrays is intended to be the same character.


Security Officer

After Lee "Apollo" Adama is ambushed by Phelan and his henchmen in Shevon's Cloud 9 cabin, the officer arrives to discover that Jack Fisk's murderer is also present with a bullet in his head (TRS: "Black Market").

The security officer is portrayed by actor James Ashcroft in his last known appearance in the Re-imagined Series. It is unknown if the security officer is intended to be the same character as the Scorpia spectator on Cloud 9 who has a tiff with Leon Grimes.

The unidentified captain of the government-chartered starliner Colonial Heavy 798 (later renamed Colonial One) in the Miniseries.

The pilot, credited only as Transport Pilot, was portrayed by Barclay Hope. In the Miniseries novelization (which is treated as a separate continuity source), this character is identified as Captain Russo.


Colonial One co-pilot

The unidentified co-pilot of the government-chartered starliner Colonial Heavy 798, later renamed Colonial One (TRS: "Miniseries" and "33").

He informs Billy Keikeya about One's FTL drive issue leading into jump 239, wearing Colonial Fleet junior pilot wings instead of the civilian-style elite flight wings (TRS: "33").

The co-pilot was portrayed by Guyle Fraizer, whose appearances are uncredited. In the Miniseries novelization (which is treated as a separate continuity source), the character is identified as Eduardo.
In the DVD commentary for the Miniseries, Ron D. Moore and David Eick point out that Frazier is one of the best extras they have, but he got no speaking lines whatsoever for the role of the pilot. They jokingly quipped that the actor always looks as if he wants to say something while in the cockpit, but always thinks better of it and keeps silent.

The woman, credited as Woman #3, is played by BJ Harrison.

An unnamed Baltar Cultist (Karyn Michelle Baltzer) observes Gaius Baltar's beating by a marine (TRS: "Escape Velocity").

This unidentified member bears witness to Baltar, who attempts to rejoin the commune on Galactica, falling and rising up after being repeatedly beaten by a marine (TRS: "Escape Velocity"). She later sits before Baltar during one of his sermons (TRS: "The Road Less Traveled").

The actress was uncredited but identified via face recognition as Karyn Michelle Baltzer, who would later become the wife of Ryan Robbins.


Female Cultist

An unidentified member of the Cult of Baltar who, when Baltar asks the members of his cult if they feel like they've transgressed against their God, answers that they've done nothing wrong and that they shouldn't have to suffer (TRS: "A Disquiet Follows My Soul").

Despite having spoken lines in the episode, the actress was uncredited.

She later attends William Adama's hangar deck speech, where he announces his intent to rescue Hera Agathon from The Colony (TRS: "Daybreak, Part I").

Prior to the Second Exodus, she can be seen in the Starlight Lounge on Cloud 9 during the hostage crisis (TRS: "Sacrifice").

This cultist is portrayed by Anita T, who was uncredited for this role. She was identified via computer-aided facial recognition.

Gemenon Traveler's captain airlocks Leoben Conoy (TRS: "Flesh and Bone").

After discovery of a copy of Leoben Conoy aboard, the captain contacts President Laura Roslin, who wishes to interrogate the Cylon. Having had the most experience with Cylons, Lieutenant Kara "Starbuck" Thrace is ordered to interrogate and meets this captain, who presents Conoy to her. During this, she shares with him her observation regarding Conoy's ability to sweat, which he marvels at.

After Roslin puts an end to Thrace's interrogation, the captain oversees and implements Roslin's airlocking of Conoy (TRS: "Flesh and Bone").

The unnamed captain was played by Eric Breker, who later portrayed George Chu in "Sacrifice," a wholly different character.

Bespectacled Officer

The bespectacled officer prepared to defend Laura Roslin on Colonial One (TRS: "Kobol's Last Gleaming, Part II").

An unnamed bespectacled officer is one of two guards to stand in front of Laura Roslin during a tense stand-off with Galactica's Marines in Roslin's make-shift office on Colonial One. The officer wears a wedding band, seen while brandishing his sidearm (TRS: "Kobol's Last Gleaming, Part II").

The officer later accompanies Roslin on New Caprica following her escape during events leading up to the Second Exodus (TRS: "Exodus, Part II").

The officer was portrayed by Kevin Blatch, who was uncredited but identified by computer-aided facial recognition. He also portrayed a bespectacled CIC operative in the Miniseries. Due to the reuse of background extras throughout the series, it is not known whether the characters are intended to be the same people.


Black Marketeers

Garrote Assassin

An unnamed garrote-wielding assassin has Lee "Apollo" Adama at his mercy (TRS: "Black Market").

An unnamed male assassin using a wrist-mounted garrote is in Phelan's employ circa 1 ACH (2000BYR). He first becomes known by the Colonial military after garroting Commander Jack Fisk in his quarters aboard Pegasus before Phelan himself, as a consequence of Fisk's disastrous attempt to undermine Phelan's control of the black market.

The assassin is subsequently part of a trap laid for Lee "Apollo" Adama in Shevon's quarters aboard Cloud 9, strangling Adama with his garrote to the point of unconsciousness. After Adama regains consciousness, he discovers that the assassin has been executed with a single gun shot to the head in an adjacent room. Tom Zarek surmises that this was an offering by Phelan, so that the investigation into Fisk's murder could be easily closed without further repercussions to the marketeers (TRS: "Black Market").

The unnamed assassin is uncredited and unidentifiable through computer-aided facial recognition.

Phelan's Goateed Henchman

An unnamed henchman with a goatee is involved with attempts to scare off Lee "Apollo" Adama from investigating Jack Fisk's assassination by the Fleet's black market, first assaulting him in Shevon's quarters on Cloud 9, and later abducting Shevon and her daughter, Paya. This leads to a stand-off between Adama and the henchman's boss, Phelan.

Following Phelan's public assassination by Adama on Prometheus, the henchman can be seen accompanying Tom Zarek in Prometheus' black marketplace (TRS: "Black Market").

The unnamed henchman was portrayed by stunt performer Rick Pearce, who was uncredited for his appearance but later identified through computer-aided facial recognition.

The captain of the ill-fated Botanical Cruiser.

After beginning her assembly of a fleet of surviving civilian vessels, Laura Roslin talks to the captain of a Botanical Cruiser, assuring him that all his ship's vital needs will be attended to. However, he dies along with his crew and passengers, when the Cylons attack Roslin's nascent fleet (TRS: "Miniseries, Night 2").

The captain was portrayed by Kwesi Ameyaw.
