Overview

"Escape Velocity"[1] is the (yet unconfirmed) working title of the fourth Season 4 episode.

Summary

Act 1

Act 2

Act 3

Act 4

Notes

  • Escape velocity is the minimum initial velocity an unaccelerated object needs to end up orbiting a planet without falling down to it.
  • A Gemenon delegate is to be cast[1], suggesting an appearance of the Quorum of Twelve, or at least part of it.
  • A Cylon coup is rumored to take place in this episode. The Centurions discover that a device implanted within their brains prevents them from developing free will, and upon having it removed decide to rebel against their humanoid masters. They ambush the humanoid Cylons during a formal dinner, and open fire. This is evidenced by a heavily damaged basestar set, where recent visitors observed bullet ridden walls, broken glass and massive chunks of wall ripped away (presumably by explosive blasts) [2] [3].
