Leroy is an officer with the New York Police Department who rides in car seven.

He and his partner see the smoke plumes and explosions from the crash of the A-B Raider roughly 60 miles north of New York city.

They later attempt to arrest Troy and Dillon, but are subsequently stunned (The Night the Cylons Landed, Part I).
