Colonel Sydell is an Air Force Colonel who was charged with tracking down UFO sightings, and he is convinced that Troy and Dillon are somehow connected with the phenomena (The Super Scouts, Part II).
Colonel Sydell again tries to catch Troy and Dillon in Spaceball.
