Upon arriving at the crash site, Leroy talks to their chief, who tells him to seal off the area. Max, just having been told this, tells Leroy to search the wreckage for drugs so they can get whatever credit they can.
They later attempt to arrest Troy and Dillon on the suspicion that they are drug smugglers, but are subsequently stunned (The Night the Cylons Landed, Part I).
Notes
- The name is derived from the dialogue. The character is otherwise credited as "2nd Officer" in the end credit roll.
