A series of up to three Re-imagined Series television/DVD movies, similar to "Razor", may be produced after the series finale according to unofficial, but usually reliable sources.
According to internal sources within the network, if the films are greenlighted, they would be made in the summer of 2008, after season 4 completes principal photography[1].
The proposed films will not affect the finale of the re-imagined Battlestar Galactica, as, just like "Razor" they will cover events set during or before the series, not after it, while the actual stories will depend on actor availability at that point[2].
