Sparrow

The term sparrow is a slang nickname used by the Colonial military and refers to a Cylon Raider.

Captain Kara Thrace used the term to relay to Galactica's CIC and to her fellow pilots that she had sighted and was engaging a "turkey" (Maelstrom).
